Minutes and agenda materials of several committees that were created to advise the board on technical and public-interest aspects of environmental quality review, particularly power plant siting, high-voltage transmission lines, and groundwater protection. They include its Citizens Advisory Committee; Advisory Committee on Groundwater Protection; Power Plant Siting Advisory Committee; science advisers appointed to study and report on health and safety aspects of high voltage direct current transmission lines (1981-1982); a technical committee that advised on a broad range of environmental review issues; and a technical review committee concerned specifically with the high voltage powerline operated by United Power Association and Cooperative Power Association in west central Minnesota.
